We take full responsibility for the areas included in your booking and work with your agent to ensure satisfaction. If any item we've cleaned is flagged during inspection, send us the report within 72 hours and we’ll return free of charge. This guarantee only applies to services included in your original booking. Any extra areas can be cleaned at our standard rates.
Please note that while our cleaners include manual scrubbing of tiled areas as part of a bond clean, we do not specialise in tile and grout cleaning. Depending on the condition of your tiles and grout, a professional tile and grout cleaning service may be necessary. Kindly be aware that this service is separate from our standard bond clean.
Our carpet steam cleaning targets hygiene, removing deep-seated dust and debris. While some stains may improve, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal or the elimination of embedded pet hair. Please note: Some agents may require a professional carpet technician, which involves higher costs. Generally, carpet steam cleaning sufficient unless there’s significant carpet damage.
Please ensure the property has electricity and water, is vacant with no furniture, rubbish, or tradespeople, and that we’re informed if it’s furnished or partially furnished home. Parking must be arranged, and any paid parking costs will be added to your invoice. Provide clear access instructions or be present at the property. Let us know of any delays or changes, and please treat our team with same courtesy we extend to you.
